Considering the clients' primary focus on the suitability of sheet metal equipment for automotive parts processing, the team made thorough preparations in advance: compiling a customized case study manual for the automotive industry, adjusting equipment parameters to suit automotive sheet metal parts processing, and arranging a technical specialist fluent in Spanish to accompany them throughout the visit. Upon arrival, the clients first learned about Weiya's overseas service network and after-sales support system through a PPT presentation in the conference room, and then began a factory tour. During the initial discussions, the clients repeatedly mentioned their concerns about equipment stability and production efficiency, which helped to clarify the direction for further inspection.

The clients first visited the core production workshop for sheet metal equipment, focusing on the production and assembly process of the new 2025 laser cutting machine. From high-precision guide rail installation to intelligent control system debugging, the technical specialist explained the quality control standards for each process in detail. Then they went to the finished product demonstration area, where an expert demonstrated the use of the press brake. The clients also visited the automated production line in the processing workshop, learning about the collaborative operation mode during mass production, and frequently recording key aspects with their mobile phones.
