High Precision & Adaptive Crowning System

The WEIYA Manual crowning tables provide mechanical compensation to the deflections occurring during the bending process.

WEIYA’s CNC Crowning system allows the user to compensate for deformations in the beam during bending, ensuring a consistent angle along the entire length of the plate.

Tools can be easily reversed thanks to the symmetrical adaptation.

The machine can be operated either by a hand crank with a digital readout or through a direct connection to a CNC electric drive.

Hardened to 28-32 HRC, giving it significantly greater toughness than the competition.

Micro crowning every 200mm

T & Y adjustable 0–0.76mm (0–0.030″)

This WILA® system enables the user to offset deformations of the beam while bending. thus, the angle is keeping constant along the entire plate length.
